This Privacy Policy explains how Bid FC: Football Game (the "App"), developed by İstanbyte, collects, uses, and protects personal data. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
The App collects only the minimum data needed to operate:
- Account info: your email address if you register with email; your name and email from your Google account if you sign in with Google.
- Username: the unique nickname you choose so other players can find and add you as a friend.
- Guest (anonymous) sign-in: no name/email is required; only an anonymous identity (a randomly assigned nickname and a technical user ID) is created.
- Game data: experience points (XP), level/rank, win-loss stats, match history, and your friends list.
- Optional rewarded ads: if you choose to watch an ad to earn an extra life, Google AdMob (see section 3) may collect your IP address (used to estimate approximate location), a device identifier, the ads you have seen, ad interactions, and crash/performance data.
Ads are never required: you only see an ad if you tap "Watch ad". The App does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment info, and does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
2. How We Use Data
- To create your account and keep you signed in,
- For username-based friend search, adding friends, and online match invites,
- For leaderboards, ranking, and progress tracking,
- To operate the App and fix issues.
We do not sell your data. The only advertising in the App is the optional rewarded ad, served by Google AdMob as described below.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google services for its backend:
- Firebase Authentication — secure sign-in (email, Google, anonymous).
- Cloud Firestore — storing usernames, friends, and game data.
- Google Sign-In — signing in with a Google account.
- Google AdMob — serving optional rewarded ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings → "Ad privacy options". How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

4. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and data, email
berkeedeemir@gmail.com and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
5. Security
Your data is stored on Google's secure servers. We apply industry-standard measures, but no system is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.

Bu gizlilik politikası, İstanbyte tarafından geliştirilen Bid FC: Football Game mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kişisel verileri nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
Uygulama yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için gerekli asgari veriyi toplar:
- Hesap bilgileri: E-posta ile kayıt olursan e-posta adresin; Google ile giriş yaparsan Google hesabındaki adın ve e-posta adresin.
- Kullanıcı adı: Diğer oyuncuların seni bulup arkadaş ekleyebilmesi için seçtiğin benzersiz takma ad.
- Misafir (anonim) girişi: Misafir olarak girersen isim/e-posta istenmez; yalnızca anonim bir kimlik (rastgele atanmış takma ad ve teknik bir kullanıcı kimliği) oluşturulur.
- Oyun verileri: Deneyim puanı (XP), seviye/rütbe, galibiyet-mağlubiyet istatistikleri, maç geçmişi ve arkadaş listen.
- İsteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar: Ekstra can kazanmak için reklam izlemeyi seçersen Google AdMob (bkz. bölüm 3); IP adresini (yaklaşık konumu tahmin etmek için), bir cihaz tanımlayıcısını, gördüğün reklamları, reklam etkileşimlerini ve çökme/performans verilerini toplayabilir.
Reklam izlemek hiçbir zaman zorunlu değildir; yalnızca "Reklam izle"ye dokunursan reklam görürsün. Uygulama hassas konum, rehber, fotoğraf veya ödeme bilgisi toplamaz ve seni diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve sitelerinde izlemek için izin istemez.
2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz?
- Hesabını oluşturmak ve oturumunu açık tutmak,
- Kullanıcı adıyla arkadaş arama, ekleme ve çevrimiçi maç davetleri,
- Lider tablosu, sıralama ve ilerleme takibi,
- Uygulamanın çalışmasını sağlamak ve sorunları gidermek.
Verilerini satmıyoruz. Uygulamadaki tek reklam, aşağıda açıklandığı gibi Google AdMob tarafından sunulan isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamdır.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, altyapı için Google'ın hizmetlerini kullanır:
- Firebase Authentication — güvenli giriş (e-posta, Google, anonim).
- Cloud Firestore — kullanıcı adı, arkadaşlar ve oyun verilerinin saklanması.
- Google Sign-In — Google hesabıyla giriş.
- Google AdMob — isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamların sunulması. AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de önce onayın istenir; tercihini istediğin zaman Ayarlar → "Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri"nden değiştirebilirsin. 4. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Verilerin, hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabının ve verilerinin silinmesini istersen
berkeedeemir@gmail.com adresine yazman yeterli; talebini makul bir süre içinde işleme alırız.
5. Güvenlik
Verilerin Google'ın güvenli sunucularında tutulur. Endüstri standardı önlemler alınsa da hiçbir sistemin %100 güvenli olmadığını hatırlatırız.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Bir çocuğun veri paylaştığını fark edersen bizimle iletişime geç, verileri silelim.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.
