This Privacy Policy explains how Bid XI (the "App"), developed by İstanbyte ("we", "us"), handles your information. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Bid XI is designed to be played with minimal data. Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Account identifier: When you play, we create an anonymous or registered account through Firebase Authentication. This generates a unique user ID used to save your progress.
• Username: A display name you choose, shown on the in-app leaderboard.
• Game progress data: Your level, experience points (XP), match history, rank and in-game virtual currency, stored so you can continue across sessions and devices.
• Game Center data: If you sign in to Apple Game Center, Apple provides a player identifier used for leaderboards and achievements. This is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.
• Diagnostic data: Basic crash and performance information that helps us fix bugs and improve stability.

We do not collect your real name, email address (for guest players), precise location, contacts, photos, or any payment card information. The App contains no real-money gambling; all currency in the App is virtual and has no cash value.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate core game features (matchmaking, saving progress, leaderboards).
• To sync your progress across your devices.
• To diagnose crashes and improve the App.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following services, which may process data as described in their own privacy policies:

Data Retention & Deletion

Your game data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Once verified, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google's secure Firebase infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
