FitLink (“the App”) helps personal trainers and clients manage workouts, programs, nutrition logs,
and in-app messaging. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Account information: full name, email address, account user ID, trainer/client identity code.
Fitness data: workouts, sets and reps, programs, weight and body measurements, nutrition log entries (meal name, notes, calories).
User-generated content: in-app messages and related notes.
Optional health notes: health or injury notes entered by the user (e.g. training restrictions). We do not access HealthKit or clinical health records.
3. Information we do not collect
Payment card or bank account details (the App does not process in-app payments).
Precise or coarse location (GPS).
Contacts or address book.
HealthKit or automatic health data from device sensors.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking for advertising.
Photos or videos (unless a future version adds this feature; this policy will be updated).
4. How we use your information
Create and manage your account.
Link trainers and clients (via identity codes).
Provide workout, program, measurement, and nutrition features.
Enable in-app messaging between linked users.
Operate, secure, and improve the App.
5. Demo mode
If you sign in with the demo account, sample data may be shown on your device without registering
a cloud account. When you create a real account, data may be stored as described below.
6. Storage and service providers
When cloud sign-in is enabled, account and app data may be stored using
Supabase as our backend provider. Supabase processes
data on our behalf. Session tokens may be stored securely on your device (e.g. Keychain).
7. Retention
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request
account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing
of your personal data. Contact us at the email above to submit a request.
9. Children
The App is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
